ICARE Institute of Medical Sciences and Research and Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy Hospital, Haldia (IIMSAR & BCRHH) was established with a view to create at Haldia a modern education centre as well as health care facilities of excellence to provide value based educational & health service of International standard with a motto to march ahead to build an ideally developed Haldia.
